Opening main on the "Document Understanding" default template sometimes crashes Studio

Hello,
When i open the Main.xaml of the project, Studio crashes with critical error some of the times (~40% of all Main.xaml openings).

Here is the error:

Any help with this will be appreciated.
The system is windows 10 with decent amount of computing power.

I believe there has been a patch version 22.4.4 that might have fixed this issue. Would you mind giving it a try?
