"Open recording" being disabled


Why is the option to “Open recording” unavailable? The recording switch has already been turned on.thanks…

The recording will be retained for a defined time.

Availability of recorded videos
Recorded videos are stored in Orchestrator as follows:

in Community licensing plans:
for 7 days in the case of failed jobs and failed queue transactions
for 3 days in the case of successful jobs
in Enterprise licensing plans:
for 14 days in the case of failed jobs and failed queue transactions
for 7 days in the case of successful jobs

If you are checking after that then it might have been removed already.

If the job is recently ran, check if you have the required permission to view recording.

You need View permissions on Execution Media in order to be able to download execution media on the Jobs page.

I have already selected all jobs, so it is still not selectable to check immediately

I can open live stream,but recording is disable.
May I ask where the access permission is set? I am an administrator using the community version, and I logged in with an unattended account without any recording
