Open browser activity issue in 2022 v

Hi
I am learning how to take city as input and open browser weater.com site and get temp of that city. as per a tutorial .
In the tutorial they have installed UIPATHAUTOMATION and used open browser option.
when i install that package i do not get open browser option.
studio is 2022.4.1 version
