OnPremise orchestrator running slow after migration from 2020 to 2022

HI All
i have upgraded onpremise orchestrator from 2020 to 2022.10 in orchestrator server machine.

After upgrade i am facing slowness when i open orchestrator in my machine.
ex. logs not refreshing properly. Taking time to load data/queue. Upload packages take time.

My internet connection is good. No issue in that. I checked with my colleague machine & he also .experiences same slowness

i never face any slowness when i was using 2020 version.

can anyone help me on the same.Is their any specification required to open orchestrator in browser.
