Hello, We have three tenants within our Orchestrator (Default, Test, Prod), but the alert dashboard only populates for the default tenant, not the other two. I have viewed numerous similar threads on this forum, but have not been able to find a solution.
Within my profile, I have all alerts toggled on for all tenants.

Additionally, I have assigned myself the role of “Administrator” for all tenants, and the administrator role clearly has permissions to view, edit, and create alerts.

If anyone knows why the alert dashboard is not being populated for the other tenants, and is only populated for the default tenant, please let me know!

Sorry, you are not getting email alerts or which dashboard you are pointing here please…
Hello,
Alerts are only being generated in the “Default” Tenant. The Alerts dashboard in the other tenants are empty, as can be seen in this screenshot:

I would like to know why the other tenants do not generate alerts, and only the default tenant does

Ok also you are sure right there are some alerts being generated in these tenants.
Yes, I am sure. Jobs have failed, transactions have caused both business and application exceptions, robots have disconnected, many alerts should have been generated in these tenants
Hi @david.ebben ,
Could you check the bell symbol in the orchestrator home and check the alerts are coming with only default or with another folder name. thanks.
Hello,
Yes, the alerts are only coming from the default tenant.

Not from the other two tenants.

Additionally, there are many events that are occurring in the other two tenants that should be generating alerts
