Recently updated my project to modern, which changed some of the activities and now am getting this error for many of the activities:

let us know your version of UiPath.System.activities and which target framework is selected (legacy, windows).

Check also newer / latest version of UiPath.System.activities

we can replicate by:

and when removing one from both (file, fileName) it will accept e.g.
