One repo pr. process or multiple repos?

Hi’ All
I have just started to use the GIt integration in Studio, which seems rather smooth. I have one question tho. When i clone a repository, Studio complaints that there are no project in the root folder, which there is not. There is no problem with this, and I can easily access and work with projects in subfolders.

However, it leads me to to wonder if there is some big benefit (current or maybe coming) to using one project pr. repo, that I am not aware of?
