We are using 2023.10.6 licensed on-premise, Let us know what is the latest version available in on-premise to upgrade and what is the procedure to upgrade.
Kindly need some suggestions to achieve this…

I am sure there would be 2025.10 LTS available for on-prem users. I think end of each year, UiPath rolls out a LTS version for on-prem enterprise customers.
However, right way here would be to get in touch with your customer manager and request all the details from them. They should be able to help you.

Latest on‑prem LTS version is 2025.10.x, and 2023.10.x can directly upgrade to 2024.10.x or 2025.10.x per UiPath upgrade paths.
Upgrade steps are: check system requirements, back up database and configs, stop Orchestrator, run UiPathOrchestrator.msi for in‑place update, then restart robots.
25.10.x is the latest version…you can check the update page - Orchestrator - Migrating Elasticsearch Indices
Then upgrade can be straight forward as it has a direct upgrade path..but better involve your customer rep…
Also ensure you upgrade your dev tenant first so that you can check the process issues if any and then slowly migrate prod as well

You are currently on 2023.10.6 on-prem. The latest on-prem LTS version available is 2025.10.x (you can also upgrade to 2024.10.x if required). Direct upgrade from 2023.10 to 2025.10 is supported.
Upgrade steps in short:
Take full DB and config backup → check prerequisites → stop Orchestrator services → run the new installer → verify services and do post-upgrade validation (preferably test in UAT first).
Better to coordinate with UiPath support or your account manager before upgrading.
