Offline Activation Issue

Hello Support;

Im having some issues since the new update (2017.1.6407) .

First issue: - Since installing the new update, Only a single user (the installer) may run application. other users on the system cannot run application. Also the install directory is changed from the program(x86) to user/appdata directory.

Second Issue:- I tried to reinstall the previous version using my product full/trial key but got the activation error “ComputerID has already been activated”.

Is there anyway new version can be run from all system user account?
Is there any reason why an update to new version dont over right the previous version?
