Ochestrator - Could not retrieve transaction item

Hi guys,
Why am I getting this error on my performer yet the queue exists and has items on it?

Could not retrieve transaction item. Exception message: HR_OfferLetter_HiredList

Queue to have the hired candidates

0 does not exist. Error code: 1002

Please help

Hi @J_Crosby

Check out this thread

Hope these troubleshooting helps you to resolve this

Double-check the name of the queue you are trying to access. Ensure that it is spelled correctly and matches the name of the queue where you have added items.

Ensure that the robot (performer) you are using is associated with the correct Orchestrator instance and has the appropriate permissions to access the queue

Make sure studio is connected to correct folder of orchestrator and where your queue is listed

And finally

Confirm that there are transaction items (queue items) in the specified queue. If the queue is empty, you won’t be able to retrieve items from it.

Cheers @J_Crosby

Thank you @Palaniyappan

  1. Queue matches the name of the queue where I have added items-confirmed

  2. Studio connected to the correct folder - I have sorted that, it was connected to the wrong one

3.There are transaction items,that I have confirmed.

How to go about this? Please guide me as this is the only thing I am not sure of.
Ensure that the robot (performer) you are using is associated with the correct Orchestrator instance and has the appropriate permissions to access the queue.

Many thanks

I meant about the right folder here
And in extra check whether the robot or user has permission to access the queue item

I think by now u must be able to access queue
It’s not with permissions

Check whether you have mentioned the right folder path in that activity property
