Ochestrator Azure Installation

I was following Orchestrator installation document in Azure as Web app.
My question is installation files are different from on-prem installation files in scripts.zip?

Open PowerShell console as Administrator, navigate to the folder that contains orchestrator assets,
and execute SinglePublishWebApp.ps1

However I don’t see SinglePublishWebApp.ps1 in our script files.
