OC trigger initiation process stuck

UiPath.Executor 21.10.6.0
Orchestrator 2021.10.4

Normally, it should end in a few seconds. But after the program started, it did not continue to run, and the status remained executing. It was stuck for two days and was manually terminated.

No log messages were found for the process after viewing Execution.log.

This situation does not always occur.

May I ask what caused the situation this week? How to solve it?

To start with try checking the event viewer logs on the machine where it is stuck …at the same time and see if you find anything there…
