Object Refrence Not Set to instance of an object - Passing Arguments

Generate_Yearly_Report - Copy.zip (428.3 KB) Hi,
I am new to Uiptah and dont fully understand how to pass arguments between the Workflows and I am receiving the below error “Object Refrence Not Set to instance of an object” while doing my second assignment in Advanced L3. Can anyone please help, Attaching the Zip document. Those who fix also please leave behind where i went wrong in comments
