Hi @Yannie, I don’t know if this answers to your question but i noticed that there is an action called ‘Format Cells’ that might help you.
Regarding removing highlights as workaround, a solution could be, just before exporting the file as PDF to use Use Application/Browser resource, select as application your Word template and then using other activities format your text. This is what I tried and it worked
