Nuget package location change

Hi guys,

I have tried to do it as documentation, but it seems to not work:

The installer opens, it updates, but package folder is not created, what I use in cmd is:
UiPathPlatform.msi PACKAGES_FOLDER=D:\Nugets^%USERNAME^

Could you please correct me or show the right way to do this?
