A check in the browser will not be mandatory give the proof for an application. It can be handled by different Firewall rules as well.

It can reach in UiPath it self the feeds them selfs it loads the list of compatible stuff for the project.
Even used fidler classic to see what traffic is rolling in an out and there it was shown the server can reach all feeds.
also in cmd tracert and other trafic are flowwing fine by the looks of fidler

already checked with network department they dont have firewall rules setup for these servers they use a porxy server that allowes them trough to the internet they can see the traffic to api.nuget.org as well
