Hello!
Does anyone know where can I, as an admin, change if particular user receives mails from do-no-reply UiPath, as an automation user?
There was an option some time ago, but now I can’t find it anywhere on Orchestrator nor Admin panel.
I’m using cloud orchestrator.
Their mailbox is flooded with messages which do not concern them as Apps business users.
try to look for Notification icon after clicking on that one pop will pop at the bottom of pop up there is setting icon. you can click on that setting icon there you can modify
Navigate to the Admin Panel in the UiPath Orchestrator interface.
Go to Settings–>Notifications.
Under Notifications, you’ll find options related to who should receive email notifications for different events
(such as failed jobs, process statuses, etc.).
You can adjust the types of notifications that each user or group receives, and there may be specific toggles for limiting emails for automation users
NOTE - Make sure you’re logged in as an Admin in the Orchestrator Cloud portal.
Feel free to coonect more on this topic
Thanks & Regards
Log in to UiPath Automation Cloud: https://cloud.uipath.com.
Go to Admin > Users & Groups.
Find the user whose email notifications you want to modify.
Click Edit User.
Look for a section related to Notifications or Email Preferences and adjust the settings.
Save the changes.

Arivu
But there is only possible to change Notification Settings per group here, e.g. Automations Users, Developers, etc.
I can’t change it per person.
once you navigated to notification settings
there you can see my notification drop down
click on dropdown you can see manage notification select that then you can see email configuration
Alright, probably the organization disabled possibility to change per user.
Only per group can be changed.
