Notification From Orchestrator For Robot ID Password Expiry

When the Robot ID password expires, why is there no notification from Orchestrator?

Note: That as of current design there is no feature to send password expiry notification for Orchestrator users. However, the password expiry can be turned off so that the password will never expire.

  • For turning it off, go to Security settings and set the expiration day to "zero".

  • Use CyberArk, it is just another vault for storing credentials. UiPath connects to Cyberark and gets the Robot credentials to allow login (and with CyberArk resetting password remove the issue with expiring passwords for Robot accounts). Read more on the Cyberark Integration

Unfortunately, the Robots cannot change the password and send notification on expiry from Orchestrator. The workaround would be to prevent the password from expiring or change it manually.
