Not to save sent mail through send IBM notes mail message activity

Hi Team,

I am sending around thousands of mail at a time with attachments,so that Quota of mail is exceeding after some mails and getting error,so sent mail should not be stored in sent items.

I guess it’s memory issue. You have to increase memory size or delete old mails then it should work.

I am not the owner of this mail and already they increased the size to its limit and simultaneously many other team member’s will access this mail and send mails through it.

Is their any way not to store sent mails.

I don’t have any idea on this IBM mail box.

Could you please check it in Settings like is there any option to unsave mails in Sent Items.

I have tried by setting save sent mails to never in lotus notes while sending mails manually it is not saving,but when sending through UiPath it is saving.

Do one thing after sending the mail it is saving in Sent Mails right. After sending mail use Delete IBM Notes Mail Message activity and provide folder name as Sent Items to delete the files.

currently my lotus notes version is 9.0 i cannot use this activity.
