Not receving the mails from Orchestrator License

Hi,

In my studio, I created the process like

if bot start, It should get the mail from the orchestrator and at end another mail should come as bot process is completed.

The process is working, but i’m not getting mails.
In that I used Send outlook mail activity.

I published in License studio and working on license orchestrator

how can I solve this???help out

Kindly check once whether the TO Property is mentioned with right email is
And also ensure once whether the process is crossing the activity send outlook mail activity and that can be checked with view logs option in job tab of orchestrator
