Hi I have passed my UiPath developer associate certification on 14th feb 2024. I have not received my certificate credentials yet in my mail. Created two support tickets. Any idea how do i get this ?
Generally after the completion of Certification you will receive the certificate in one week to 15 days. As UiPath information Upto 14th feb 2024 the Pearson website is under maintenance may be this will effect the Certificate issuing delay.
Don’t bother about it, if you haven’t received till the month end then you can raise another support ticket in UiPath Support.

It generally takes a week to two weeks…
Also we see some issue with credentials and its taking a month as well…dont worry you would receive them

@Priyanka_Kumari Don’t worry you will receive your certificate within 1 week to max to max by 3rd week after the exam date. Still you are facing any issue. you can drop an email to the below email address the UiPath team will address your issue.

I tried raising support ticket . They are not even responding.
Yes waiting. Problem is i am not receiving any response for the support ticket raised
It would take time as there are multiple people who would have raised at the same time. DO wait you would receive it. To make it better it took 2 months for mw to receive but dont worry you would receive it eventually
