Not making unread outlook emails after reading

i have completed an automation to use get outlook message activity and process each email
the automation works fine throw the studio but once i publish it and run it the robot mark all email as read and doesn’t process any mail. what should i do

kindly i am telling you the automation work normally throw the ui path studio,
once i upload it to the orchestrator it marks all read and do nothing.
i don’t see how your replay related to what i need.

I think you need to study more on activities. Please use Academy once.

for each activity i have switch it to system. mail to replay each email

Hie @mohamed.saty2012 because the mail already read by bot and there is no unread mails thats why the process not do any extraction or what you are try to achieving …
if you want to work on same those read email you have to uncheck that (onlyunreadmails)

Because Bydefault it only read only unread Emails not the read one …

let me be more clear the activity set to only unread that’s correct i have unread mails the problem only happens throw orchestrator not in the ui studio it work fine.
if i run the automation after publishing it marks all the unread mails to be read and do nothing

Email iteration is working fine. The attachments saving location was different.
