Not being able to click

I need to click Pandetails which is actually inside Network>>getPan Search>>Preview. But when I indicate it select whole screen instead of only PanDetails. Sometimes It gets indicated when I go from selector. But it’s not getting clicked all the time. Because of inconsistency I am getting error since bot is unable to click. How to solve this issue?

Did you try with clicn text activity?

And may I know why specifically you need this?

I need to fetch english name which is inside that (pandetails) as json format. No, I haven’t tried with click text) I am copying value from that field. Even click text is also not working. @Anil_G

are you not getting that name in any of the ui properties? did you check the ui explorer and see if any attribute has it?

maybe you can share with us more details about the source offering the endpoint which is called by the XHR Call

Have you already checked to xhr directly or for alternate data offerings from the source?
