Not able to use Remote Runtime

Hello All,

Can someone advice me if Remote Runtime exe works for web Remote desktop access. I am accessing an application through web rdp and I am not able to get selectors for it.
Note:- I have installed the remote runtime on the server and windows remote desktop extension on client machine.
Any help would be appreciated.
