Not able to submit Client Security Hash Assignment

Hi,
I’m not able to submit the Client Security Hash Assignment though its running on my system. It’s asking for resubmission request and the page gets reloaded frequently on its own.
Please help ASAP

Clear the browser cache / Cookies and try it.

Try to submit the process in the different browser.
