Not able to send mail from functional mail box(Shared Mail Box)

Hi All,

I am using send outlook mail activity to send mail from the functional mailbox or Shared Mailbox but I am not able to do that. In Input, I have mentioned the name of the functional mailbox I have even tried mail id as well but I am getting the error.
Account not Found
I am using it on Windows 10.

Any help will be appreciated.
FYI-> I have already gone through the all the thread which are available.

Try with giving input value Account = name of functional mailbox at account information in outlook

@Sreelatha278 - Already did that. It is not working for me.
