Not able to send HTML mail message through exchange mail message

I am Not able to send HTML mail message through exchange mail message.

I have enter body in config and in UiPath properties HTML selected

While receiving mail showing

Hi Team,
Forwarder’s transit time does not meet requirements.

I need new line after Hi Team.

Some one please help on this.

Is your html proper?and if the html property is check
Then ideally it should work
