Not able to see the processes in Orchestrator after upgrade

Customer is not able to create and see the process/packages on Orchestrator.

Deleting cache.bin file from all the Tenants folder in the NuGetPackage path solved the issue. It is this cache.bin file which holds the information of all the process that is a part of a tenant. 

  • The path can be found in the web.config file-



  • Default location: C:\Program Files (x86)\UiPath\Orchestrator\NuGetPackages\Tenants\Default
  • Reset the IIS and try again.
