Not able to run from orchestrator when trying to run the bot the status i'm getting is Pending

i feel the issue is due to wrong configuration of bot username in the orchestrator causing the issue. Could you please have look in the below thread. it might helpful to resolve the issue. thanks.

State option in jobs is pending

this is not a good answer for me cuz the images are erasen need more definition in order to understand what was meant. he is sayin i can get exact value of domein\username with which command?
