Hello all.
I am trying to run a process from orchestrator. But it goes into is pending state.
Machine status is available.
Hi Dinesh,
Please try following steps:
- Check Robot Configuration:
- Ensure that the robot you are using is correctly configured in UiPath Orchestrator.
- Check if the robot is assigned to the correct environment.
- Verify that the robot machine is connected to Orchestrator and its status is “Available”.
- Check Robot Settings:
- Make sure the robot has the appropriate permissions to execute the process.
- Check if there are any restrictions or schedules configured for the robot that might prevent it from running the job.
Please let me know if issue resolves with given suggestion.
Thank You.

How to Check if the robot is assigned to the correct environment.
Hello Dinesh,
- Log in to UiPath Orchestrator: Open your web browser and navigate to the UiPath Orchestrator web interface. Log in with your credentials.
- Access the Robots Page:
- Once logged in, go to the “Robots” page. You can usually find this in the main menu or dashboard of Orchestrator.
- Find the Robot:
- Look for the robot that you want to check the environment for. Robots are listed on the “Robots” page, and you can use the search or filtering options to locate the specific robot if needed.
- View Robot Details:
- Click on the name of the robot to view its details and configuration.
- Check Assigned Environment:
- In the robot details, there should be a section that displays the environment(s) to which the robot is assigned. Verify that the correct environment is selected.
- If the environment is incorrect, you can edit the robot settings to assign it to the correct environment.
- Save Changes:
- If you made any changes to the robot’s environment assignment, make sure to save the changes before navigating away from the page.
Please let me know if issue gets resolved by following suggestion.
Thank You.
It’s connected.
Status: Connected, Licensed, Protected with EDR system
@Dinesh_Babu_S Please show me the details of the Job which is going in Pending State.
I don’t think so because it’s Unattended bot. Just check once again if you have setup bot correctly.
Thanks,

You would have consumed that license somewhere else. Find it and release it from there.
