Not able to open UIPath

HI Team,

PFB the issues which I am facing right now,

1.When I tried to open the UIPath community edition tool, I was not able to open since I am facing error once I have given my email in the email field.

2.when I tried to open every time, the popup used to come and asked me to enter the mail id for the registration.And once it opened, the installed packages are lost which I installed previously.But, I feel this is not the way it should work.

Please resolve this problem asap.So that i can go ahead and complete my training early.
