Not able to Login into platform.uipath

Not able to Login into platform.uipath .Getting the following message since many days. even after clicking ‘Send Email Again’.
I am not receiving this particular verification e-mail from UiPath. I am receiving other emails from UiPath.

Error Message
Email verification pending
We have sent an email for verification. Follow the instructions in email for logging into your account.

Could you please check spam or promotions folder once.

Then try with some other email id and Check it.

By the way are you using personal mail id only right ?

No it is my office official email .

Then check with your IT team and there may be chances that they will block these kind of mails.

Alternatively you can use personal mail id also for Orchestrator community edition.

I am receiving all other emails from UiPath, except this verification email.

You can contact Uipath support team to resolve this issue.

I have already contacted Uipath support team incident # 00112519. The issue is not resolved and today it is closed …saying issue resolved.

Sorry that you needed to wait so long. Today I have information that you should have mail unlocked and account unlocked. Can you confirm this?

Could you give us more details? What exact issue do you have?

When i try to access the UIARD certification on the academy portal they apparently send an email in order to check if it’s really me (but i’m currently loged with my partner account) but i nerver received the email

Either in the spam or other mail box

Hi Pawal, I signed up for UiPath from company email ID and still waiting to receive verification email. Please advice if I have to raise any request to keep track of the issue until it’s resolved. Thanks much for your support!

You should get the email immediatelly. It’s possible that some SPAM filters at your company’s server caught that.
