Not able to login into Orcehstrator

Hi Team,

I have been using Orchestrator (tenant) now more than a week and I was able to login. Today while login, I got error (invalid username /password error #400). Now when I tried to use forget password to reset it, it is giving me error "failure sending mail. please ask an administrator to configure the mail settings (#500) "
Please let me know how can I reset the password or get login working as I have some assets stored there which I am using in existing demo.

Which version of Orchestrator you are using now?

Hi Sat,
Thanks for your response, I am not able to get inside the Orchestrator right now (UiPath Orchestrator) …so kind of blocked.
But I can read version of Robot as 2018.3.1 if that helps.
