Not able to install ui path studio

Hi There,

I am a trainee now and not able to install the ui path studio trial version in my laptop.
To inform you this laptop has been used by my collegue and he is not with my team and i got his laptop assigned. While installing the studio it says this device id is linked with other resource who used this laptop earlier.

Can you please advice how to go ahead on this ?
