Not able to install UI Path Community Edition

Hi ,

I am not able to install UI Path Community Edition. I have downloaded the exe from the link I got in the mail. When I tried to install it, it is saying that installation failed.
Below is the error message:

Hi,

Please make sure that there is no anti-virus preventing the setup to write in that folder. Also check the permissions for that folder.
You can try again by deleting the %localappdata%\UiPath folder and try installing again.

I was using UIpath since 1 week in VDI , suddenly it stopped and after renewing license I am getting error "---------------------------
