Not able to get RPA Infrastructure Fundamentals certificate even after completion of the courses.

When clicked on resume, it navigates inside the quiz, I have taken the quiz couple of times and the status is completed.

Driving me crazy as I’ve done the test 6 times now.
Is this a known problem with a known solution?
A couple of the other ones i had to do twice to get recognition, but the exam I’ve done 6 times now and no matter what i do it doesn’t give credit?

I am also faced with this issue.please use different browser like firefox or ie it will be resolve
I have had the same failed results in both Chrome and IE.
I don’t believe it is browser related.
It seems to be related to the lack of a Receive Credit section at the end of the quiz.
I was facing same issue. Then I used firefox with lowest security settings. It worked.
