Not able to find reliable selectors in web automation

Hi forum

I have data in Excel table ,I need to enter data in web application but while entering data into web application, Only for the first row column names acts as anchor,but after entering data into first row , need to click on plus sign to get empty row and so on

Problem is not is not identifying elements from second row because it has not got any anchor

Ex

Column 1. Column 2. Column3

  1. Data1. Data2. Data3

Please help how to make selector work because aaname and anchor didn’t work
