AM facing the above issuw while connecting to TFS

Welcome to the Community!
Are you hosting TFS locally? If yes please check if the address is correct. I see also that you are using port 8081 in your address. The default http port is 8080 (if you have not changed anything).

Please also check that you are only connecting to the server, without the path specified. Type it like so:
