Not able to connect to orchestrator from uirobot

I have created one modern folder in which I have assigned machine template and trying to connect from uirobot its showing Connected,unlicensed.Please help me to know how to connect to orchestrator of modern folder

You will also require to create environment.

when you create folder type modern there is no machine and robot seen.
