Not able to click to dialogue box

Hi there,
i’m not able to click on the the pop up present on the screen.as soon as open box& then go on ui path icon present in taskbar the pop up is not present to click

Please help URGENT…!!

This is really not clear mate. So there’s a dialogue box on the screen but when you open UiPath studio the dialogue box disappears?

then thats a problem with the website, not sure if you know but, you can delay pointing on the element for few seconds using Fn + F2, maybe do that and then click the button that triggers the dialogue box to pop up.
