Not able to click button

As mentioned in attachment the value what i typed in the text box will be depicted at Outstanding Amount.when we clicked anywhere on screen that value reflect in Outstanding Amount.
But in BOT you can see its not coming because value not reflect in Outstanding Amount.So I am not able to save and it throw error.In BOT I used 2 hot key with tab.But not work.

  1. Can you click on the third textBox? ( mouse click )
  2. when you input the value manually you having a problem?
