Not able to add Orchestrator url and machine key in Orchestrator settings tray

Orchestrator url and machine key are un-editable for me. Can someone help me why?/

Kindly restart once the robot services in the machine or either restart the machine and try once opening the robot tray

I also have this problem. I can’t select the windows of Orchestrator URL and machine key.
I’ve restarted my PC but it didn’t work. Does anyone know the solution?
I’m now trying to use Community Cloud edition.
