Not able to access academy.uipath.com, the time is running out for us to complete the legacy certification, can you please quickly fix this?

Is there a place where we can raise a ticket? In the past I was only able to raise ticket from academy.uipath.com, now that itself is not working. And I do not know if anybody would be looking into this forum topic, from UiPath support team, and if so when. It is more than 2 hours now.
