NonWorkingDays kalender for queue triggers

We are working with queue entries triggers. At some days it is not allowed that the robot runs for some queues. For this we have a nonworkingdays kalender.
It is possible that we have to change the nonworkingdays kalendar for the acctual day.
will the jobs triggers automatically or is this a special setting?

The Orchestrator interface allows you to upload your custom non-working days calendar.

If the Orchestrator version you’re using is different, please search for “non-working days” in UiPath docs with the relevant Orch version.
