"No such host is known" Error

I am unable to sign in UiPath studio it coming error “No such host is known” Please help me here i am struggling a lot

Hi @Dhanjit_Kumar_Deka
Welcome to the Community

Please try below approaches

1 Service URL is exactly https://cloud.uipath.com
2 Internet/DNS connectivity (try opening the URL in a browser)
3 Proxy or firewall settings — allow uipath.com over port 443
4 If on a corporate network, ask IT to whitelist UiPath URLs
5 Clear UiPath cache (AppData\Local\UiPath\Identity and Auth) and retry

Hope it resolve your issue
Thanks & Happy Automations

Hi @Dhanjit_Kumar_Deka ,

Try this

This is usually a network or DNS issue. First, flush your DNS by opening Command Prompt and running ipconfig /flushdns, then restart UiPath Studio and try again. Make sure the Service URL is exactly https://cloud.uipath.com and that it opens in your browser. If you’re using a VPN or proxy, disable it and test again, or try connecting from a different network like a mobile hotspot to rule out firewall blocking.

I have done everything but same issue is happening.

Thank you,
Dhanjit Kumar Deka

Please try to change your network and try again and confirm are you using personal id or company one?

can we connect in teams?

@Dhanjit_Kumar_Deka

first try to open cloud.uipath.com on chrome and check if it is opening

then open UiPath assistant → preferences → orchestrator settings and try to sign in from there

if its corporate laptop the ports might be blocked or url is blocked try to reach your IT for support

if personal laptop try to turn off firewall and check

if whitelisting is needed following are the urls and ports used

cheers

Hi @Dhanjit_Kumar_Deka

Seems, this is a network/DNS issue, not Studio-specific, Try the following checks:

  1. Open UiPath Assistant → Preferences → Orchestrator Settings and try signing in from there.
  2. If you’re using a corporate laptop, the required URLs or ports might be blocked.
Please check with your IT team for firewall/proxy restrictions.
  3. If it’s a personal laptop, temporarily disable firewall/antivirus and test the login again.
  4. If whitelisting is required, ensure the UiPath-required URLs and ports are allowed as per UiPath documentation.

URLs to whitelist

Ask your IT/network team to allow outbound access to:

Ports to allow : TCP 443, TCP 80 (HTTP)
