Make sure the robot has unattended permissions and the correct mailbox access. Confirm trigger is correctly published and connected in Orchestrator. Use “Use Desktop Outlook App” activity. Verify Assistant is signed in and connected to Orchestrator. Review Event Viewer and Orchestrator logs for errors.
