No Runtimes Available and None Connected

Hi Everyone. I have UiPath installed in service mode on my machine. I created an unattended setup on orchestrator but am unable to run it. It says 0 runtimes available even though the machine has an unatennded license assigned to it. Also i ran the process before with no issues

hi @mhaniff,

From Orchestrator, if you navigate to Tenant>Robot>Unattended sessions, what do you see?
You should be able to see a list of your machines with runtime allocated.

You may need to navigate to Licenses and re-assign license to your machine.

My Robot does appear there and if i go to machines it is setup and if click edit it shows that i have allocated it an unattended license.

@mhaniff,

UiPath community edition provides you 1 unattended license. As per your discription, it’s seems allocated to some user.

Try to search all the user id’s and folders where exactly it’s used. Most probably it might be used in another folders.

I am only running one automation from the StopPostgres folder
If i go to tenant-> folders it shows the following

the robot and machine are assigned to the folder

Ok in that case I would suggest to delete the existing machine/bots and setup new by following this tutorial.
