No RPA Processes available in Maestro

Hi all,

When developing an Agentic Process, I want to run an RPA Process from one of the added Service Tasks in my bpmn diagram. I have selected “Start and Wait for RPA Workflow” as the Action, but in the Automation dropdown, I see only processes from my Personal Workspace folder.

In another environment I DO see processes from my Shared folder, and I have tried to compare permissions etc., but cannot see any differences, and I am running both environments with no modifications to permissions what so ever.

And yes, there are processes in the Shared folder

Any ideas?

Cheer,
Jeppe

@Justin_Shiah - Can you please follow up here?

Jeppe - Can you please check the tenant selected in the top right corner of your screen besides the profile picture in the environment where you are not able to see the processes? You will have to close the current project in Studio and change the tenant from the Studio home page before opening the Agentic Process project again.

@ankit.saraf @Justin_Shiah there is only a single tenant in the organization, hence no tenant selector.

Ok, and I am assuming you have permissions on the shared folder in Orchestrator where the process is?

As I have not toyed with permissions, I assume the same, but I do suspect a permissions issue may be at fault. However, I have tried to compare with another environment where I do NOT have this issue, and they do seem identical.

Can you open Orchestrator and check if you are able to access the process within that folder? If you can, then permission issue is not at play.

If you can see the process in Orchestrator but still don’t see it in Studio, I will suggest filing a support ticket. We will need environment information to debug and fix the issue.

I think I’ll do that, thanks

BTW, I can confirm that I can see the process in Orchestrator, just not in Studio Web.
Created Support ticket

@jjes - Thanks for filling the support ticket, engineering team has identified an issue and are preparing a fix.
