Troubleshooting steps

Please follow the below approach :

  1. Disconnect the Robot.
  2. Restart the Robot services (Run -> Services.msc -> UiPath Robot -> Restart )
  3. Provision the Robot on the Orchestrator using the below guideline.
  4. Provide the details on Robot & try reconnecting the same with the UiPath Robot .

Unfortunately that does not bring the connection in my case.

Do you have other suggestions?
