No robot configured for the current

HI Team, I want to connect my studio to cloud orchestrator, but below error i’m getting

Connecting With UiPath Assistant

Connecting With Studio

Can anyone help ASAP?

Hi @amit.rai ,

can you confirm that the Robot is created in orchestrator and mapped correctly to the user.

Configure Robot

Go to Tenant → Robots
Create a robot:
Type: Attended
User: your Orchestrator user
Machine: select the machine created above
Save

If robot is missing → Assistant will always show No robot configured

Hi @amit.rai

UiPath Assistant successfully connected to Cloud Orchestrator, But
there no Robot + License is assigned to your user in Orchestrator.
Please check License is assigned or not by following this steps
1.Go to Cloud Orchestrator
2.Check User exists - Tenant → Manage Access → Users

Hope it help
If Solution works for you please mark as solved or let me know if you face any issue.
Thanks & Happy Automations

Hi @amit.rai

  1. Check Robot Assignment in Orchestrator:
  • Log in to your UiPath Cloud Orchestrator.
  • Go to Machines and verify that the machine you are connecting from is properly added.
  • Then, go to Robots and make sure a robot is created and associated with that machine.
  • Finally, check Users and make sure the robot is assigned to your user account (under Users or Robots page in Orchestrator).
  1. Assign the Robot to Your User:
  • In Orchestrator, go to Tenant > Users.
  • Find your user and ensure a robot is assigned to it.
  • If not, assign the robot you want to use to your user.
  1. Check Licensing:
  • Confirm that the robot has a license assigned.
  • If there is no license available, you will also get issues retrieving the license.
  1. Refresh and Reconnect:
  • After fixing assignments, disconnect and reconnect UiPath Assistant.
  • Restart UiPath Studio and Assistant.

there are no option to create Attended Robot

No Users Showing Can you help me how to do??

Unattanded License is applied and it’s showing Active

Hi @amit.rai ,

Open UiPath assistant.
Sign into UiPath assistant with the UiPath cloud account you are currently using.
And check if the assistant auto registers the machine as attended or not and let me know.

If it helps, mark it as solution.

@amit.rai

The Users list is empty because either no users are assigned to this folder/tenant, or filters are active.
Please follow below steps:

  1. Click Assign User and add users with proper roles.
  2. Ensure you are viewing the correct folder or tenant level.
  3. Clear any search/filter to see all users.

Hope this help

while doing same Assign button is disable

Hi @amit.rai ,

Go to
Tenant → Manage Access → Users
Select the user (Amit Rai)

Click Edit
Enable Personal Automation Setup
Choose Create personal workspace automatically

Save

Go to
Tenant → License
Make sure 1 Attended runtime is available
Sign out Assistant completely
Open and sign in again

Then do sign in again with same credential and let me know if still face issue.
Happy to help

but while adding User getting Assign Button disable

Hi @amit.rai ,

I have edited some steps, follow these and let me know if it works.

@amit.rai
Follow this steps
1.Click the Edit
Next to the message, click Edit.
This allows you to modify the user’s tenant-level roles instead of trying to assign new ones.

2.Adjust the Roles
Add or remove roles as needed (Orchestrator Admin, Solutions Admin, or folder-specific roles).
Remember: Access is additive. You can only add permissions that aren’t already inherited.

Save Changes

Click Save or Update.
The user now has the correct access.
There’s no need to click the disabled Assign button, because the user already has tenant-level access.

Optional: Folder-Level Access
If you want folder-specific permissions, ensure the user does not already inherit overlapping roles from the tenant.
You may need to remove or adjust tenant-level roles first before assigning folder-level access.

let me know if u still face issue

Done same but getting error

I added the User with given permission and restart the Robot services from Services but getting same error

@amit.rai
Could you please verified that steps:
Adding a user does not automatically create a robot

  1. Go to Orchestrator → Robots (or Robot Accounts).
  2. Click Add → Standard Robot.
  3. Fill in:
Name → Give your robot a name
Machine Name→ Must match your PC’s machine name exactly (Start → Run → cmd → hostname)
Type → Attended (for UiPath Assistant)
Environment → Assign to the environment that your user is part of
  • Without a robot linked to the machine, the Assistant cannot connect.
Ensure User is in the Same Environment
    Go to Orchestrator → Environments
Make sure the robot and your user are both added to the same environment
UiPath Assistant only shows robots in environments that the logged-in user belongs to.
    4.Reconnect UiPath Assistant
Open UiPath Assistant → Settings → Orchestrator
Sign out and Sign in again with the same user account you added.
    Click Refresh
    The robot should now appear.

5.Restart Services (if needed)

You already restarted UiPath Robot service, which is good.
Optional: restart UiPath Assistant or reboot the PC to ensure everything syncs.

Hope it works now
